well you may ask the question on gpt (Get Paid To) sites, "is it a scam?" well the answer is yes and no.
It depends on what site your on and how well you are doing on it.
Yes you do see proof and you will get a prize for completing the offers, but if you notice on the proof section on these sites, the prizes are small and don't cost more than £30.
What you never see is a prize like a console or major prize worth a lot of money, unless of course, its an admin or a moderator that's posting it.
The trick to these sites is that you do get a prize then think, yes its really cool, legit and all that nice stuff cos you got a prize.
They do that to give you a false sense of security to make you start saving up more points and getting loads of referalls, basically doing the dirty work for the site.
Ive meet a few people who have had their account blocked or banned for reasons for suspected cheating, even me, they blocked my account and asked if i ever put in fake info in any of the offers, so if they are asking me that in the first place it means they don't know and blocked the account with no proof whatsoever and its obviouse that no matter what i tell them they will say that an advertiser will say that i did use fake info, (without telling me which advertiser it is) and keep my account blocked.
That's how the sites really make their earnings, i mean where do those points people have been done out of go to?
Yep the admins and the games they have on these sites, they got to pay for it somehow.
I know someone who had over 200 referalls and 13000 points on a site and got blocked.
Funny how they don't do it when you've got no points on your account?
And its not like you can take your referals with you?
And on the subject of referals, ever since one of my accounts had been blocked, ive got the same referals, so where are the people who are clicking my link going to?
I mean the site is not going to turn down a potentially active member are they?
So they are going somewhere on the site when they sign up and probably to the same person as all the other blocked account referal links.
So my advice is to keep a folder somewhere whith all the places you've put your referal link for a site cos it can easily be edited for you to put a new site referal link in.
Why should you keep getting the site members if your account is inactive.
They basically don't like it when your doing well on a site, it wouldn't occur to them that some of us are really good at getting offers to credit.
These offers are not soley on gpt sites, they are on most facebook flash game sites to get free credits, ifunspace, and probabaly other places too.
Another thing to watch out for in the sites is favouratism!
You get to see the same names winning the cash contests including moderators as well,
They only see what they want to see, i mean a person with over 3000 referals a month and they don't think there's anything dodgy about that, i mean iv'e never seen this guys link so its obviouse that there's some form of link hijacking involved. Or they are getting the referals from blocked accounts and splitting the difference.
The high earnings contest, one site the leader is... yes you've guessed it, a moderator, don't see there account under observation do you?
Also the spamming in the forums, that gets on my nerves all the time, admin are allowed to post in every forum and reply to every topic as well as every reply and they don't get told off about spamming even though on some sites they have rewards for post counts, yes that's fair isn't it??
Basically to avoid getting ripped off on these sites do what iv'e done on sites that let you claim stuff through email as a custom prize.
Order amazon gift certificates, even if its £10 or $10 the moment they send you that code its yours and there's nowt they can do about it.
Then when the prize is yours, then do some more offers and get another one, keep them small cos you can add them all to your amazon account.
Basically making sure that you don't top up your account with loads of points and lose them all to the site owners.
Also, try and keep yourself to yourself, giving out offer advice thats new gets you noticed a lot and then the admin snoop around in your account.
Dont communicate to members with private messaging cos they look into that as well.
If you do have friends on these sites and want to exchange tactics and help, be it offers and especially referal tactics, talk to them out of the site with msn, cos lets face it if you got a really good way of earning do you think they wont cash in on it and not try and use it themselves?
Basically, don't trust the admin or mods, keep your self to your self and find out a way to earn and get prizes from small amounts, amazon gift certificates are the best for this.
So when you do get done out of points it wont be worth them bothering about it.
Ps anyone who thinks this is a lie is obviously and admin or an ass kisser.
I'm saying yes you do get prizes on these sites but yes there is some dodgy shit going on.
